I remember seeing sneak-peeks of this project before the event it was produced for and it looked good then... The pics on Chrissie's blog look ab fab and now the kits are available - yipeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Go on, go take a look. You never know, you might just decide to be a little risque yourself...:o)

I don't know what is going wrong and right now I'm too tired to try sorting it out any further. The more I try, the worse it gets.

So gaps, you can stay (for the time being) I'm just too tired to be bothered...:op

Nearly done...

...my project from the May Artbase crop.

This month's kit was another lovely item from BoBunny. It's amazing what ideas folk come up with for scrapbooking projects.

This mini album was made from paper CD covers - I kid ye not - this really was made from CD covers.


The reason I say that I'm nearly done (LOL) is down to photos - there's a surprise - the topic of this project is "ME" so I have a slight problem here...

One of these days I really will sort out all my photos so that they are in one place and I can find what I want (ooooooooo, was that a pig I saw flying past the window...).

Anyway, I did finish the "Favourite things" spread (you can tell the kit is American - they can't spell - yet another word where they have managed to lose the "u").

The CD covers have a window in one side and on some of the pages this was highlighted by inserting pp behind the window. On the 'favourite' spread the window shows 10 numbered tags which hold details of my favourite things. I did these tags in no particular order, just as things came to mind - as you can see, I'm still thinking about 9 & 10...(but I did do the tags - and inked them).

The colours for this project were really lovely and spring/summer - yellow, green and blue. BoBunny do have some wonderful pp ranges.

Despite a grotty wet day, the crop was another great day out for craft minded folk. I really do look forward to my 'special' sunday each month. A chance to meet up with some lovely ladies that I only get to see at these crops and quite often there are some new faces. Whatever the mix, everyone seems to have a laugh and a real good time...

The June project is another BoBunny kit - a board book in the shape of a handbag, soooo sweet. No panics for June, I'm already booked and paid (this was done even before I knew what the project was going to be - obsessed, or what?).

Must keep an eye on the Artbase website so that I don't miss the posting of the July crop...

Oh the things you find...

...when you hop in and out of other people's blogs. I have just been for a visit to Hysteri-Cal's blog and she has a link that allows you to find out which year you belong in - I, apparently, should be in 1972 (ohhhhhhhhhh, the fashion, ???) not sure about that. Anyway, as you all know I don't do links very well so if you would like to have a 'look-go-see' try the link to the right (I know that one works...lol).

Although it could be argued, if I was that bright I'd be able to load my results with a live link so others can try the test...lol.

Still, can't have everything I s'pose.

One of these days I will get to grips with all the wizzy stuff involved with having a blog but for now I think I'll stay satisfied with the fact that I can actually post stuff...and most (I stress the MOST bit) of the time it is where I want it and how I want it to look.........

This last two weeks without much of a voice has shown me how much of a benefit email, text, and yes...even blogs...can be (just wish I could get the hang of all that "text speak", lol).

It is soooooooooooo frustrating trying to speak and nothing (or not much) comes out. DH thought the silence was great but I think even he was starting to get a bit antsy keep having to say 'pardon/what?"...

So, as I said, email and text have been a great help. However, the blog has been playing-up and I can't get to grips with what is going on, me not being a PC wiz or anything. As you will see from the last 2 posts I have a 'gap' problem - either at the top or the bottom or both. Doesn't matter what I tinker with it won't go - in fact, on "Tagged" it got even bigger - oh bwaaaa, grrrrrrrr, hurumf!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The voice is sort of back, albeit a bit croaky (thanks John - Artbase - for saying I sounded like a little old lady, love you too!, lol) so I'm back at work :o(

Well then, let's post this one and see where the gaps are now........
