...from CHA.
When I popped into Artbase this morning it was great to see Emma back from CHA. Margaret says she has tons of catalogues so it will be interesting to see what new stuff will arrive over the coming weeks :o)
Sneak-peeks of a few samples make me very excited about what we might see but I'm still trying to workout something that was puzzling Margaret too.........just what was behind the rather large quantity of foam brushes in the suitcase LOL....................

Sorry, sorry...
...sorry.
Haven't been around to post much but I did warn you all that a cybercrop was on it's way LOL
Have been just a little busy trying to keep up with the daily challenges :o)
Last weekend was the Artbase crop and we did a fab accordian BoBunny book - I just love the colours...
I thought I had more pics of my much missed Sandie playing in the snow but could only find four.
Not the best pics in the world - on the project or of the project LOL
But I do love the finished effect.
Next month is probably another mini-book...can't wait.
Now, really must get back to some of these challenges...........

Encouragement...
...something we all need from time to time.
This super new award comes to me from the very lovely Paula and I need to share it with some more folk who leave lovely comments and encouragement on my blog. Paula lives so far away but through the wonders of cyberspace she is always there sharing her craft creations and lovely photos of her life & family. Thank you for being there.
Paula, I loved your wording so much I haven't fiddled with it...hope you don't mind :o)
1). Post a link of the person who gave you this award, thank profusely the love shown.
2). Nominate 5 other fabulous people and give a link to their wonderful sites. Those persons deserve their coolness and gentleness to be recognized all over the world.
3). Let your nominees know that they got an award from you. Shower them with appreciation.
4). Put a logo of the award on the side bar. Grin like a lunatic. Ask everybody in your household to have a look and celebrate together. Phone somebody you care about and tell them the news. Keep celebrating.
Paula gave the award to her top 5 commenters, which is in the spirit of the award. This is to recognize the encouragement given and giving some encouragement back so the love keeps spreading. :)
NOTE: this is the third time of typing this so I'm keeping the posts short so I don't lose it again.
These are the folk I would like to share the award with...
Chrissy
Annette
Caroline
Eleni
Ruthy
I know it says 5 but here is someone who I feel should also be included;
Debbie hasn't been around much lately due to a nasty break in the arm. She's back now and doing some great stuff on her blog. Debbie was the source of encouragement that got me to try new things on my blog - fancy backgrounds, widgets and loads of stuff - so I want to send her this award to show that it was all much appreciated c",)
Love you all and think this award is very appropriate for you all..........

And...
...I said I'd been busy.
Only, guess what...I forgot to take pics of stuff again before I sent or gave (doh!!!)
I did remember to take pics of these though before I sealed the envelopes LOL
A card for my niece, Kristy (22 yrs old - where has the time gone) and a card for DH who will hate the fact it has numbers on the front LOL
A bit of pyrimage (sp?) for Kristy...
...and a sort of waterfall for Paul.
**makes note to self...MUST REMEMBER TO TAKE PHOTOS...LOL**

Playing...
...with my new toy.
I had a scoreboard system for Christmas (Crafters Companion - Ultimate pro) and I've been playing :o)
I've found it so much easier for card scoring but these little boxes have to be my favourite thing. So quick and easy and no measuring involved LOL
I could be playing for some time............

Snow, Snow...
...SNOW!!!
Yep, the day I'm due to go back to work and what do I wake up to but snow :o( as if British Rail doesn't have enough problems on a Monday morning.
Should be interesting trying to get to work (NOT) but I have taken some pics already and will try and get more before it all disappears..................

Welcome...
...to 2009.
The day has dawned cold, dull and very overcast so not a great start to the New Year.
I sat and watched the fireworks at the London Eye on TV at midnight and have to say they were fantastic. Meanwhile, fireworks here were very lack-lustre compared with previous years and didn't last very long (looks like the credit crunch may have taken hold on this part of the celebrations).
Although my decorations stay up until 12th night I have consigned my cyber tree to the cupboard under the stairs - well - actually, moved it to the bottom of the stack over on the right so it can merrily count down until our next festive season LOL
Most of the family still have this horrid flu/cold bug that won't shift so I don't think I'll be going anywhere today - will probably curl up in front of the TV in the warm or break into my new stash and do a bit of crafting...will see how I feel.
So 2009 is here, have a good one folks.................
