A bit of matting & layering for the background - England PP, Navy CS embossed with a swiss dot embossing folder, white smooth CS and a piece of red check CS.
As you can see...plenty of blooms all keeping to the Red / White / Blue remit. This is only the second time I have coloured this particular stamped image but I found it provided the summery, patriotic feel that I was after.
Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

Great card Toni! Although it IS very patriotic, it also has a subtlety to it, which doesn't beat you over the head (if you know what I mean! lol)
