Hot, hot, hot...

...yep, after a dodgy start the day turned beautiful.

I have to say at 6am this morning I wasn't convinced LOL...although bright the sky was very overcast and the ground looked rather damp. I shouldn't have worried because the sun burnt off the haze and we had the most glorious blue sky.

It has been a super day.

I had to pop over to Barleylands as I needed some more DST and I wanted a few trims for the memory album I am doing. Andy is a bad influence...he's been playing with the new Fizzy Moon stamps that they have had in and you'll never guess what - two jumped straight into my basket. How they managed that I'll never know **snigger**
aren't they cute and I can't wait to play with them but I really must finish Bridgets book.
Pretty daisies...
...and bubble - oh I so want to play...

But I'm being good and the album is more or less done - just a bit more sticking and then some embellishment. I promise to take photos of the completed pages tomorrow.

With the weather as lovely as it turned out to be, it was a delight to sit and read my new card magazine sitting in the sunshine in the grounds of Barleylands. Surprisingly, despite the lovely weather it wasn't too busy over there - perhaps folk went to the beach instead - and I was able to have a stroll around without any trouble.

I've spent the afternoon & evening on the memory book and will be glad to have it finished.

Hope you've enjoyed your Saturdays............................

OMGosh your stamps are adorable, I bet your thrilled they ended up in your basket!!! Isn't it nice to get out in the sunshine? I've just done the same myself and it's wonderful.

Oh I'm a sucker for these cute kind of stamps, haven't got any of the latest ones as I really need to invest in some promarkers or something.

Have fun playing and look forward to seeing your creations :)
