Steampunk Betty...

...has arrived.

It took a bit of deciding what colours I was going to have a play with but I eventually put Copics to CS and here are the results.

I went for aqua shades for this Betty's outfit...
 ...and a slightly more olive toned skin than I would normally use...
 ...which means I probably should have given this image brown eyes but I liked the effect the aqua coloured eyes give the character.

Probably a more traditional colourway for steampunk would be shades of brown but I decided to 'lift' it a bit using slightly more Autumn shades...
 ...I love this "Betty" - aren't her bloomers adorable...
...and I think this is my favourite of the two colour combos so far.

I have printed some of the "Oops I Forgot Betty" images but I haven't coloured any...yet!

I'm at a crop this coming Saturday and I don't have any 'scrapping' to do but I feel a mahoosive colouring session is likely to be on the cards - that's if I don't spend all my time nattering LOL.....................................................................

They are lovely - I cant remember the last time I scrapped- I do miss it! I am away at a crop this weekend and will probably end up colouring for most of it .

I think if I were younger I would wear boots like Steampunk Betty. Great colouring.
