For some folks this might seem eazy-peezy but I'm really not good with all this IT stuff.
When loading pics from my camera to the PC I use Picasa3 but until now that was all I did with it. Last night I had a play with some of the effects and was quite pleased with the result (but it will take a bit of refining)
I have no idea what exactly I did but it looked quite good with the coloured area and the rest B&W.I think a bit more playing with this is in order as I need some Christmas pics to go with the PPs for our Thursday crops..............................

Good try anyway! It does look good with just the Santa highlighted in colour. The best way to learn is to play around in Picasa!
Im another fan of Picasa - tbh I would rather spend my time scrapping than being all technical in photoshop!!!!
