Kenny K's digi images...

...cover lots of themes and are fun to colour in.

Regular visitors will know that I have a favourite image from this download site that I play around with on a regular basis.

I seem to be on a bit of a 'challenge blog' roll at the moment so when I noticed that there was a challenge blog attached to the Kenny K site I went to have a look.

"Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenges" has as its current challenge theme - Fabulous Florals (challenge #47). So I thought I'd play along...
I wanted the card to have a slightly retro/flower-power feel to it but I'm not completely sure I achieved that.
The card blank is cut from smooth white CS and I dry embossed the scallop down the opening edge and cut by hand. The background PP is from a DCWV matt stack and has a mix of flowers and circles with a touch of glitter. I've added a row of roses & buds. I think this means I've fully covered the 'floral' aspect of the challenge LOL.

Why don't you pop over to the challenge blog to see what other folk have come up with. I'll be having a browse as soon as I've sorted out the links in this post..........................

Love the card and if you don't mind me saying so, the flowers seem to take away from the retro look. Perhaps if you hadn't used roses?!? I was thinking of handmade punched flowers - the five petal kind maybe?!?

Think you are right Winnie...probably would have been more in keeping with the PP too.
