The theme was "Nautical" but not just the design of the card/project but also the Magnolia stamps used and the decorations.
Now that was going to be one major problem because I don't have any of the Nautical stamps - you know the ones...Edwin & Tilda in their sailor suits or dressed as pirates. I was pretty certain the only craft store near me who stock Magnolias didn't have any of this range and wouldn't be getting any because they are not going to stock them any more **sad face** - oh! what to do...What to do was Google...
Now Nautical means "of or concerning sailors, ships or the practice of sailing" but I also found "Nautical Sports" and this includes sailing, water skiing, sail-boarding and...SURFING!!! I remembered seeing a surfing Magnolia in the store so off I went and came back with a pair - Edwin & Tilda with their surf-boards and this is what I have made...
I hope the "TOMIC" DT are happy with my take on their theme - why not hop over there and have a look at what other folk have created........................

Fab card Toni.
You made the little hut and driftwood...?!! I thought it was part of the background papers! You're a genius! Such a creative (and so sweet ) card.
I've been looking on EBay for some stamps... there are a LOT of magnolia stamps very cheap there at the moment - house mouse too.
